Returns policy

In accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the customer shall have the right to revoke the order requested within fourteen (14) days after receipt thereof, upon prior notice to LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L.

The circumstances that may give rise to a return are as follows:

If the customer decides to exercise this right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs and any damage suffered by the product or merchandise shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, collection costs shall be borne by the customer, who must send the product, and upon verification of the returned merchandise, 100% of the product amount will be refunded, retaining only the shipping cost.

Alternatively, LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. recommends the delivery of another item of equal or higher range than the one purchased (always with the customer's consent), in which case the customer will pay the difference and will likewise have to cover the new shipping costs and the return of the other product. Exchanges shall not apply to products subject to fluctuations of a market not controlled by LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L., nor to perishable items, items that can be easily reproduced immediately, or that by their nature cannot be returned. Withdrawal shall also not apply to merchandise or orders that, due to their special characteristics, may be considered custom-made as requested by the customer.

In this case, LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. will manage the exchange immediately. The exchange will always be for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be charged to you, with LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. covering the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to exchange for another item, or if the product is in optimal condition, the return and new shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. will bear the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. will carry out exchanges or returns only if prior notice is given to our Customer Service. This step is essential regardless of the reason for the return. You may do so by sending us an email to facturacion@lacasadelosaromas.com. We will tell you how to proceed with the return of the item and confirm whether it is applicable. The item to be returned must be correctly packaged for return.

LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. will not be responsible for returns of products handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or merchandise returned incomplete.

LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. will not refund the amount or carry out any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and packaging condition of the item subject to the return have been verified.

The price to be refunded is the one originally shown on the order, except in the case of returns due to product dissatisfaction. The right of withdrawal shall not apply outside the indicated period.
