Placing an order with LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. implies acceptance by the customer of the following legal conditions:

Order conditions

Product prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid except for typographical error or until stocks last.
Sales made by LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. shall be subject to Spanish laws with the corresponding payment of applicable taxes.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual and shall not give rise to any commitment on the part of LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. Furthermore, LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. declines all responsibility regarding the validity of the content of the technical sheets and product descriptions originating from our partners or suppliers.
At the time the order is formalised, once the order acceptance option in the menu has been used, the customer's consent is understood to have been given for the validity and effectiveness of the sales contract binding the parties.

Payment methods

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. For payment with debit cards or American Express, the charge will be made in real time.

How to pay with BIZUM

Choose Bizum as your payment method.

Bank transfer

BANK TRANSFER: Orders placed with bank transfer as the payment method will be processed once payment has been confirmed. This process may delay shipment depending on the bank through which the transfer is made.

The bank details where the transfer should be made will be sent to your email together with a copy of your order.
