The delivery times indicated by LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. are for guidance only; although our company will endeavour to meet these deadlines, any delay shall not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.

The commitment undertaken by LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. to sell and dispatch the offered merchandise is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks last; therefore LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L., in its commitment to quality and customer service, endeavours at all times to keep advertised products available. However, if exceptional circumstances arise that result in the product being out of stock, the order and the contract entered into between the parties shall be rendered ineffective by virtue of this resolutory clause, fully refunding the customer in the event of prepayment the amounts paid by them, without any compensation being due to either party for breach of contract, consequential damage or loss of profit.

Alternatively, LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. recommends the delivery of another item of equal or higher range than the one purchased (always with the customer's consent).

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will have no delivery service and are counted as non-business days.

Although each product has a published delivery time, an approximate period of 3 to 6 days is established for the effective delivery of the purchased product, a period that will begin to run from the moment LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. becomes aware of the payment of the product made by the customer. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 10 days beyond the approximate receipt period, and provided that this delay is attributable to LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L., the customer, upon prior written claim, may unilaterally withdraw from the order, with the amounts paid being refunded in the event of prepayment, and the parties agreeing that no claim whatsoever shall proceed for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, nor under the modalities of consequential damage or loss of profit.

LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. is not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier due to causes beyond the normal operation of the transport service, such as strikes, accidents, truck overload, etc. The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting.

Any subsequent modification of the delivery location requested by the customer may generate additional costs on top of the sale price. The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the place indicated by the customer and a signature and ID document will be required to collect the merchandise. The customer is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery; by accepting it and signing the copy of the delivery note to be returned to the carrier, the customer expresses their agreement with what has been received and waives subsequent claims regarding the suitability and identity of the merchandise requested and received. If the customer verifies at the time of delivery errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged, they must note these circumstances on the carrier's delivery note and notify LABORATORIOS NEUM SPAIN S.L. of these facts within 24 hours, by written claim to the email address contactar@lacasadelosaromas.com.

The purchased product may undergo, due to manufacturer availability, non-substantial modifications to the components, characteristics or performance of the batch that comprises it, provided that they do not entail a reduction in the advertised qualities and performance.
